CARMAX MAPLE SHADE PROFESSIONAL
We were overwhelmed by the friendly and professional service received with Auth Lenders. It was fast and we were out within 10 minutes. We then talked to Chad, manager, to complete the paperwork. After suggesting the car we purchased, he talked through our financing options with no pressure and offered valuable tips. He was patient as we indecisively tried one car after the next, always with a smile and attentive to all our needs. Dalla provided us other SUV options in our price range and desired features. This provided us opportunity to discuss unfiltered opinions about what we liked and didn’t like. I loved that we were trusted with keys to take the car out on our own without having a salesman to make small chat with. He had the car we wanted to test drive ready. Dalla was phenomenal from the moment we walked through the door. A rear wiper would have eliminate that necessity.Įxceptional service! We purchased a car this weekend and couldn’t be happier with buying from Auto Lenders in Princeton. I'd really rather not have to get out of my car when it's raining to have to clear my window. Turning on the rear defrost helps some, but I bought a squeegee so I can pull off and clear the back window so I can see better when it gets really bad. It tilts far enough back that rain doesn't run off, it just sits there. The rear window needs a windshield wiper. It would be nice if in this day and age new cars came with build in phone mounts.ģ. I found one that is designed SPECIFICALLY for 2020 Corollas that has a mount that snaps into the hazard lights button, but it obstructs the CarPlay screen. It's really difficult, or rather impossible, to find a place to put a phone mount that doesn't partially obstruct your vision. I drove a new Nissan as a rental recently and the entire dash was set up better than my Toyota.Ģ. I'd much prefer a screen that is set into the dash, like in the newer Nissans for example. It's HUGE and can't be moved or adjusted. That being said there are three things I'd change about it:ġ. I purchased a 2020 Corolla about six months ago and overall I love it. Go to PA Auto Sales and deal with John Y. John if you ever get a chance to read this, Your knowledge, generosity and kindness was such a great breath of fresh air and in great contrast and many dealerships we dealt with. John even offered to be our advocate if he could help us in any way even if the sale took place in another dealership This guy really opened his front door to us and we feel just went out of his way to be amazing. This would have been our fourth dealership we had been at in about a week and a half searching for this specific car. This guy was as transparent, generous, knowledgeable, wanting the customer to get the best experience kind of guy I've come across in this industry in a hot minute. We then spent probably a solid 20 minutes with John Y.įolks if you end up at PA Auto Sales, You want to work with John. Went to the dealership with a very specific vehicle in mind. Not entirely their fault, I should have called ahead. Often leaving the sold vehicle up there for over a week. First the bad: Dealership is not as prompt as they could be at removing unavailable inventory from partnering websites like cars.Com.
